Our collective project focuses on these objectives:

1- To generate model policies that support the region’s ability to finance, deploy, and provide high-speed, affordable and equitable broadband access.

2- To promote and increase access to broadband among underrepresented and low-income communities.

3. To education our citizens in the development of digital literacy skills, obtain low-cost computers, and to secure affordable access plans.
